How to ask with this skill installed
Installing the skill gives your AI a method. Your request still has to provide the case-specific facts, constraints and expected output.
Describe the decision or deliverable, not just the topic.
Add source material, audience, limits and known facts.
Set format, quality criteria and checks.
When to use it
- A new lead completes a trial class — Enroll them in the trial-to-membership sequence immediately, before they leave the building
- A lead filled out a form but hasn't booked a trial — Enroll them in the research-stage nurture immediately on form submission
- A lead went dark after 2-3 touches — Move them to the re-engagement track
- A price-sensitive lead needs a specific offer to convert — Trigger a targeted promotional sequence with a time-bound offer
- Reviewing nurture performance — Monthly or weekly report on open rates, click rates, trial booking rates, and conversion rates per sequence
- Designing a new seasonal campaign — New Year (enero), summer body (mayo-junio), back-to-routine (septiembre); each has its own nurture cadence and messaging
- Creating a referral-from-nurture trigger — If a nurtured lead doesn't convert, activate a referral ask: "Can't commit right now? Refer a friend who might love it — you both get a free month."
Mistakes to avoid
- Triggering the nurture sequence too slowly — Every hour of delay after lead submission reduces response rates. The sequence must start within 2 hours of lead capture. If your staff add leads manually, you will consistently miss this window. Automate the trigger.
- Sending the same generic email to every lead regardless of entry point — A lead who attended a trial class should never receive the same Day 0 email as someone who only filled out a website form. The trial attendee is far further along in the decision process; treat them differently.
- Not following up after a lead clicks or replies — A lead who clicks a link is showing clear intent. If no one calls or WhatsApps them within 2 hours, you've lost the moment. Set up real-time alerts and enforce the response time.
- Over-emailing (more than 2 touches per week) — More than one email every 2-3 days triggers spam complaints and unsubscribes. Keep to the cadence in the step-by-step section.
- Not A/B testing subject lines and send times — The difference between a 25% and 40% open rate on the same email list can be a different subject line. Test every 4-6 weeks.
- Forgetting to set a re-engagement date for leads who don't convert — A lead who doesn't convert today is not a dead lead. Schedule a re-engagement task for 90 days later and a specific event-based touch (January 1, September 1, their birthday) if possible.
