2. What the product is

SKILLSBUNDLE is a downloadable set of files (ZIP format) containing:

Skill packs: SKILL.md instruction files for AI coding agents and assistants
Knowledge bases: structured reference material the agent can read
Prompt Guard: a protection layer against prompt injection and unsafe instructions
Documentation, installers and implementation examples

Nature of the product: SKILLSBUNDLE is downloaded and runs locally. It is not a cloud service and needs no connection to use the skills. New versions are published free of charge on this website.

3. Licence

SKILLSBUNDLE is a free and open source project. The pack is a collection: the MIT licence (full text in the LICENSE file included in the download) covers the selection and arrangement of the pack, the tooling, Prompt Guard and the skills authored by the project itself. For that part you may:

Download and use the files on your device or server
Use them for personal, professional and commercial purposes
Modify them to suit your needs
Integrate the skills into your workflows and deployments
Redistribute them, keeping the copyright notice intact

Third-party material: 162 of the 1136 skills come from other projects and keep the licence granted by their original authors, which prevails over the MIT licence. The full inventory, skill by skill, is in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md file included in the download. Most importantly, 72 security skills from Trail of Bits are licensed under CC-BY-SA-4.0: that licence requires attribution and requires any adaptation to be published under the same licence, and they cannot be relicensed as MIT. If you reuse those skills in your own product, that material remains CC-BY-SA. A further 14 skills are under Apache-2.0 and 76 under MIT from other authors.

Trademarks: the SKILLSBUNDLE and SANTACONCHA names and logos are not covered by the licence and may not be used to promote derivative products without permission. The trademarks of the platforms mentioned belong to their respective owners.

4. Price

SKILLSBUNDLE is free: there is no purchase process and no payment data is handled.

Updates: new versions are published free of charge on SkillsBundle and announced by email to registered accounts, with no renewals and no conditions attached.

5. Access to the product

Downloading requires a free account with a valid email address. Once verified, from your private area you can:

Download the full pack or the skills for a specific vertical
Download again whenever you want, with no limit
Access new versions as they are published

Download links are generated on request and expire after a few minutes, for security reasons. If one expires, simply request it again from your account.

6. Warranty and limitations

SKILLSBUNDLE is provided "as is". While the files are curated and tested, SANTACONCHA does not warrant that the product is free of errors or that it will work perfectly on every AI platform.

Limitation of liability: SANTACONCHA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the product. As free software distributed "as is", no financial liability is assumed, under the terms of the accompanying licence.

7. Free of charge, no warranties

SKILLSBUNDLE is free: there are no payments and therefore no refunds or right of withdrawal apply. The software is distributed "as is", without warranties, under the terms of the licence that accompanies it.

8. Security and user responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your device and of the files you download. Once downloaded, SKILLSBUNDLE is entirely under your control. SANTACONCHA is not responsible for:

Loss, theft or damage of the product on your device
Misuse of the product
Unauthorised use of the product by third parties
Damages arising from integrating the product into third-party systems

9. Changes to these terms

SANTACONCHA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and by the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
