How to ask with this skill installed
Installing the skill gives your AI a method. Your request still has to provide the case-specific facts, constraints and expected output.
Describe the decision or deliverable, not just the topic.
Add source material, audience, limits and known facts.
Set format, quality criteria and checks.
When to use it
- Designing a new challenge — Defining the challenge type, duration, goal metric, entry criteria, prize structure, and enrollment mechanics
- Launching a challenge — Opening enrollment, sending launch communications, and registering participants
- Mid-challenge management — Tracking participant progress, sending milestone nudges, managing the leaderboard, addressing dropouts
- A participant hasn't logged or attended in several days — Sending a motivational check-in
- Challenge close and results — Calculating final standings, verifying achievements, announcing winners, fulfilling prizes
- Post-challenge analysis — Calculating completion rate, retention uplift from challenge, referral count, revenue impact
- Designing challenge-related referral mechanics — Referring friends during a challenge earns bonus points or entries
Mistakes to avoid
- Not verifying starting measurements before Day 1 — A challenge without a verified starting measurement is impossible to score fairly. Self-reported starting weight is unreliable. Schedule Day 1 weigh-ins before the challenge starts, not during the first week of the challenge.
- Prize value not communicated clearly — If participants don't know what the grand prize is worth in euros, the motivation is diluted. State the prize value clearly in the enrollment communication.
- Announcing winners without consent — Sharing a member's weight loss results or transformation photos without explicit written consent is a GDPR violation in Spain and a relationship-damaging mistake. Get consent on the enrollment form and reconfirm before the announcement.
- No midpoint accountability appointments — The single biggest driver of challenge completion rates is a scheduled midpoint check-in. Without it, participants lose momentum by week 3 and quit. Always include a midpoint weigh-in or progress review.
- Ending the challenge without a follow-on offer — The challenge creates the highest engagement moment in a member's journey. Not following up immediately with an upsell (PT package, nutrition coaching, next challenge priority enrollment) wastes this window. Book the follow-up conversation before the challenge ends.
- Over-promising and under-delivering on prizes — If the prize is "3 months free membership" but the member's plan has a minimum term that makes this impossible to redeem immediately, you've created frustration. Verify prize eligibility against contract terms before publishing the challenge.
