Qué necesitas antes
Provide:
- Property type (piso, chalet, local,ático, terreno)
- Location (full address or at least zona/barrio + ciudad)
- Size (m² , tamaño de la parcela if applicable)
- Bedrooms/bathrooms
- Key features (garage, terrace, pool, views, floor, orientation)
- Price
- Target buyer (first-time, investor, luxury, expat)
- Anything unique or standout about the property
Errores que conviene evitar
- Keyword stuffing: Don't repeat the same keyword 10 times — it reads unnatural and idealista penalizes
- Missing key specs: Always include m², rooms, bathrooms, price, parking — what buyers scan for
- No orient/light: Spanish buyers really care about whether the property faces north or south
- Bad photos with great description: Description brings people in, photos close the deal — both matter
- Pricing in description: Always double-check — prices change and wrong info creates problems
