How to ask with this skill installed
Installing the skill gives your AI a method. Your request still has to provide the case-specific facts, constraints and expected output.
Describe the decision or deliverable, not just the topic.
Add source material, audience, limits and known facts.
Set format, quality criteria and checks.
When to use it
- Managing a waitlist for an oversubscribed course or cohort
- Re-engaging prospects who didn't enroll the first time
- Delivering value to new leads before they pay to increase conversion rates
- Building authority and trust with cold or hesitant prospects
- Designing the pre-course experience for newly enrolled students
- Running waitlist-to-enrollment conversion campaigns
Mistakes to avoid
- Joining the waitlist and going silent: The gap between "sign up" and "enrollment opens" is where trust dies. Stay present with value.
- Only sending promotional content: Leads who only receive sales pitches will disengage. 80% value, 20% pitch is the right ratio.
- No segmentation: Treating a hot lead and a cold lead the same is inefficient and can push cold leads away.
- Scarcity manipulation that isn't real: Never fake limited spots. Only use scarcity when it's genuine — credibility matters more than a conversion.
- No clear enrollment date: Without a timeline, prospects have no reason to act. Give them a deadline.
- Sending too many emails: 2-3 per week maximum during active waitlist phase. More becomes noise.
