How to ask with this skill installed
Installing the skill gives your AI a method. Your request still has to provide the case-specific facts, constraints and expected output.
Describe the decision or deliverable, not just the topic.
Add source material, audience, limits and known facts.
Set format, quality criteria and checks.
When to use it
- A guest arrives at an international destination and needs document verification
- A guest is planning international travel and wants to know if their documents are sufficient
- A corporate traveler needs help understanding visa requirements for an international trip
- A concierge is preparing a VIP arrival or departure with international guests
- A group is traveling internationally and you need a master document review
- A guest's passport is about to expire and they need to know the validity requirements
- A guest is unsure whether they need a transit visa for a connecting flight
Mistakes to avoid
- Telling a guest they're fine with a passport that expires in 7 months when the destination is the UK — the UK requires 6 months beyond the full stay, not 6 months from entry; a guest arriving in June with a passport expiring in December is fine for a 5-day trip
- Not checking transit visa requirements for connecting flights — a guest with a valid US visa transiting through London Heathrow still needs a UK Transit Visa unless they're from a visa-waiver country; this is missed more often than any other document issue
- Assuming a US green card holder doesn't need any documents beyond their green card — a green card holder traveling abroad needs their passport AND their green card to re-enter the US; the green card alone is not sufficient for international air travel
- Not checking for blank pages — this is the most common reason a traveler is denied boarding for not having enough passport pages; count the stamps before each international trip (each entry and exit takes a full page in most countries)
- For Schengen travel: not realizing that the 90-day limit applies to ANY 180-day rolling window — a guest who spent 85 days in the Schengen area in January and February and wants to return in March may already be at their limit
