How to ask with this skill installed
Installing the skill gives your AI a method. Your request still has to provide the case-specific facts, constraints and expected output.
Describe the decision or deliverable, not just the topic.
Add source material, audience, limits and known facts.
Set format, quality criteria and checks.
Mistakes to avoid
- Hiding the business model. Investors can't evaluate a company they don't understand. Make your revenue model obvious and defensible on the business model slide.
- Vague market sizing. "We address a $50B market" without showing your math is a red flag. Show TAM/SAM/SOM with assumptions stated explicitly.
- Overselling competition as non-existent. Saying "we have no competition" signals you haven't done proper research. Show a competitive landscape map and explain your differentiated position.
- Ignoring the ask slide. Vague asks ("we want to scale") are useless. Be specific: "We're raising €1.2M to hire 4 engineers and 2 salespeople, targeting €800K ARR in 18 months."
- Deck too long. More than 12 slides for a seed deck is almost always a mistake. You should be able to present in 15 minutes and leave 15 minutes for Q&A.
- Not knowing your numbers cold. Investors will probe every figure. If you don't know your churn rate, CAC by channel, or burn rate to the euro, they'll notice.
