How to ask with this skill installed
Installing the skill gives your AI a method. Your request still has to provide the case-specific facts, constraints and expected output.
Describe the decision or deliverable, not just the topic.
Add source material, audience, limits and known facts.
Set format, quality criteria and checks.
When to use it
- Connecting a new tool to your CRM for the first time
- Your email sync with the CRM stopped working and leads aren't logging
- A phone integration isn't logging calls to the correct contact
- You need to audit which integrations are active and what data is flowing
- Evaluating a new tool that needs to connect to the CRM
- A CRM migration requires re-establishing all integrations from scratch
- Setting up a Zapier/Make workflow between CRM and a third-party app
Mistakes to avoid
| Symptom | Likely Cause | Fix | |---------|-------------|-----| | Emails not logging | OAuth token expired | Reconnect email integration in CRM settings | | Calls not logging | Phone system API key rotated | Update key in CRM integration settings | | Deals not syncing to accounting | Custom field mapping broken after CRM update | Recheck field mapping in integration settings | | Form submissions not creating contacts | Form ID changed in CMS | Re-link form to CRM | | Slack alerts stopped | Incoming webhook URL rotated | Regenerate webhook in Slack app settings | | Data in CRM doesn't match source | Bidirectional sync conflict | Audit which system is "source of truth" and disable sync in the other |
Integration Health Check (run monthly):
- Pull integration list in CRM admin settings
- For each: check last successful sync time
- Test each critical integration with a dummy record
- Verify OAuth tokens are not near expiration
