How to ask with this skill installed
Installing the skill gives your AI a method. Your request still has to provide the case-specific facts, constraints and expected output.
Describe the decision or deliverable, not just the topic.
Add source material, audience, limits and known facts.
Set format, quality criteria and checks.
When to use it
- Creating a new lead nurture sequence from a content download or webinar registration
- Building an onboarding email sequence for new customers (day 1 through day 30)
- Designing a post-purchase follow-up sequence for an e-commerce or SaaS product
- Creating a re-engagement sequence for lapsed customers or cold leads
- Building a multi-step follow-up sequence after a sales discovery call or demo
- Revising an underperforming existing sequence (low open rate, low reply rate)
Mistakes to avoid
- Sending too many emails too fast — 3 emails in the first week is aggressive for B2B; 4-5 is acceptable only for high-urgency or high-intent sequences
- Not having a clear unsubscribe mechanism — CAN-SPAM requires it, but it's also just good practice; a cold unsubscribe is better than a spam complaint
- Using the same CTA in every email (e.g., "Book a demo") — the prospect is at a different stage of awareness in each email; match the CTA to where they are
- Not setting an end date for a sequence — an infinite sequence that never exits will keep emailing people who have already converted, causing annoyance and unsubscribes
- Sending emails at random times — for B2B, Tuesday-Thursday 8-10 AM and 3-4 PM are consistently the best windows; test your own data and optimize from there
