Errores que conviene evitar
- Too many metrics: A dashboard with 50 KPIs is unreadable — prioritize the 10-15 that matter most
- No context: Numbers without comparison (vs prior period, vs target) are useless
- Attribution mismatches: Using different attribution models for different channels without reconciling — results in double-counting or under-counting
- Data freshness ignored: Presenting week-old data as current — always show the "as of" date
- Building before understanding: Jumping straight to dashboards without understanding what decisions they'll inform
- One dashboard for everyone: The CEO and the campaign manager need different views and different depths
