Errores que conviene evitar

- Missing the why: Knowing what competitors do is easy; knowing why they're winning is the valuable part
- No actionable output: A 40-slide competitive deck with no recommendations is a waste of everyone's time
- Ethical concerns: Don't misrepresent yourself to gather competitive data — use publicly available information only
